Made a thread a while back on why couldn't we get no sequel, but couldn't find it:francis:. Probably on :hamster:

I did my first re-watch of this several years ago. First saw the series when it aired on Toonami barely 15 years ago. This show is def one of my favs, animated or not :blessed: It might not be one of the self proclaimed GOAT shows out there, but off of the creativity aspect shyt was tough. Dare I say I like this over Cowboy Bebop.

It's a shame we never got a sequel cuz of the lack of interest them Japanese gave it :mjcry:

Too much western influence my ass :mjcry::mjcry:

Even the commentaries they would have narrated by the voice of Bebop's Jet Black were dope...

That opening theme :ohlawd:

Those ending themes :mjcry:

Not letting nostalgia cloud my judgement either. I enjoy this series more after every watch :manny:

Bruh just sitting there waiting for o girl and then deciding to leave. That muted man to man talk he had with Gene afterwards :mjcry:

Show had some real ass moments. I think it's also the one the few shows where the villain didn't fukk around. As soon as Hazanko learned about Gene Starwind dude sent his most skilled assassin :wow:

Good thing Leilong wasn't about that life anymore because the whole Outlaw Star crew would have been bodied.
