Just copped the Galaxy 3, need help brehs

So yesterday I got a indepth look at the Iphone5, my boy let me fukk with his for a while and I was TERRIBLY underwhelmed. I went and checked out the s3 at the store, the shyt was marvelous and I had to cop.

Copped the s3 right, but I need ya'll to help me on how to jailbreak it , get all the dope apps so a nikka can eat right, u feel me brehs?

download the 4Shared app from the Play store... then go into your settings, under "Security", make sure the option to download from unknown sources is checked


then, go back to the 4Shared app, make an account, click Menu and Search, and search for whichever apps you like and

it'll make you go to Odin mode, which you can get to by turning your phone off, then pressing the power button and volume down at the same time... once you're in Odin mode, hook your phone up to your computer via USB, click "start" on the 1-click root program, and you should be rooted when it's finished

nah you don't have to... rooting just allows you to flash custom ROMs onto your phone, but personally, with the S3, I wouldn't even bother doing all that; If I were you, I'd just wait it out and upgrade to Jellybean whenever your carrier sends it out


in the meantime, download either Apex or Nova launcher from the store if you wanna customize the look of your phone and make it even more responsive... also, go into developer options in settings and change transition and scale animation to either ".5" or "off" and that should have your phone fast as hell

I recommend you use your phone for at least 3 weeks and them decide if you feel its lacking anything that can be had with root, free apps are not need for root , root is not needed for tether neither

Root is benefical but things can and will go wrong, the S3 is the best android phone out right now IMO you dont need to root but like i said, try it for 3 weeks them see if u need anything
