50 deadlift w/135 lbs
50 push-ups
50 box jump of 24 inches
50 floor wipers
50 clean and press with a 36 lbs kettleball (25 on each arm)
25 pull-ups

I might have taken a couple breaks even though you're not supposed to hehe :(


I also did some rope thing and cardio but that's besides the point

I could do that, but man 50 deadlifts together, you might injure yourself if you get lazy in the later reps.
