Chris Miller is really the only high profile case I know from a QB that got his eggs scrambled....

Yea, they're so big on protecting the QB cuz that's their breadwinner, not for the their long term health.

The bans on leading with the head protect the defender (from themselves) to a degree tho

Can say the same for boxing and any heavy contact sport, they know the risks. It's a shame the GOAT sport causes this damage, at the same time, tolls are already taken at the college level. This could be another reason they should lowered the age limit, spend less time taking purposeless hits and at least get paid.
