everytime I think of all that buzz he wasted I just all he had to do was walk through the door and he would be getting all the love and props Weezy has been receiving since 2006. nikkas would probably even mention him in top 20 conversations like they do Wayne but dude said fukk it and squandered superstar buzz.

If someone would have asked me in 97 after Big died who would be the next king, the only answer besides Nas would have been Jada. He just was never able to drop a solid album


Jay Z at that time was dope but not really a major player, (Nas had illmatic and sold 2 million with IWW, Jada the LOX was ripping the mixtape market and had the streets locked....All Jay had done at that point was drop a decent album that sold wood....at that time) if u asked 100 people on the street who was a better rapper in 1997 85% would have told u jadakiss.

nikkas is in this thread throwing around other names for KONY but yall aint realizing that Juelz and Fabolous were the only dudes who were pretty much handed the crown and didnt take it. Juelz off those tapes with Wayne, his own album & that Chris Brown single was the biggest rapper in the world with Lil Wayne, TI., Jeezy, & Ludacris (all southern rappers) as his competition. The New York throne was sitting there with a Jay-Z coming back from retirement.

The throne was gifted to this bytch ass nikka and he turned back into a lazy weed carrier for Cam and even Yimmy.

I like Juelz but he was never on the same level of those guys you mentioned.. Atleast not nationally...
