Really love Supa's beat. Real smooth.

Drums are kinda different mainly cause of the reverb inside the Kick (worked with this beat kinda) and the Hi-Hats are sequenced really nicely.

Went with Supa.

Franknitty had a dope beat to though but a bit busy. I liked Supa's laidback vibe more.

Ok this one is difficult to judge both beats are nice i think supa’s beat stands out by itself were as if jrb had an artist on it we would get the whole picture but, this is a beat battle not a song battle so im rolling with supa

That's why I tend to call these Showcases and not beat battles. Because it feels like the tempature around the board it to prefer showcase styled (song structured beats as opposed to beat battles which is a different sport all together. Thanks for your comment and vote Symbolik

2 good beats

@franknitty711
The beat started great, the transition with the drum change at .21, was sudden and didn't seem to fit together. However those chops were sensational. The mix was good as well. The only thing is the drums from the change didn't feel like they fit.

@Supa

Great track overall

The bass felt out of key from the sample in some spots but the blue notes definitely gave it a different feel. The drums were great. I loved the switch up at 1:59.

My vote for this one is going to Supa

Great showcase to both of you.

Great showcase to both of you.

I used an 808 for the bass which I'm not used to. I kinda liked it being slightly off key at spots.

I liked both beats here I feel like jrb's started off strong but the chops kinda felt distracting at some points.

supas beat came out pretty smooth and I could easily vibe out to the beat by itself. Ended up voting for supa in the end
