To be fair, within the first month of Mass' Romneycare rollout only less than 1k people signed up so...we need to give this some time.

Edit: This is satire on the coverage of the glitches btw lmao.

Nah, chief. This wasn't satirizing of the coverage this was making fun of the actual piss poor rollout of the website and the government's response to it.

:manny:

Medicare was a shytshow too rolling out so...meh.
The difference being that the ability to enroll online was supposed to make the roll out run much smoother.
This is an issue of bad management practices at work here.

You'd have to be the biggest Democratic partisan to sit here and pretend that PPACA roll out hasn't been terrible. This is what happens when you limit who can big on government contracts and you get mediocre design combined with the fact that Republican states have refused to help designing exchanges. As far as how slow the sign up is, it's supposed to be. It was really slow in MA back when I was a teenager. All this talk of a new manager of the project, but the question should be why he wasn't in charge in the first place

Shouldn't they have learned something instead of putting out another product that was a shyt show in its rollout?
They purposely truncated the QA period so all of these glitches are not just a case of what happens with new tech but rather a sign of shytty management of what is supposed to be the signature legislative achievement of this Administration.
All the excuse making in the world doesn't change the mismanagement of this rollout.
