Seems my body is either getting old, years of lifting is catching up or both. I've had some joint pain like my knees which where naturally bad and shoulder pains which came from lifting (shoulder presses and inclines). However I seems to get bad inflammation now a-days, mainly in my hip area but my whole body sometimes gets it really bad. Hell i've got some arthritis like activity in my hand n I'm stiffer all around (but most men aren't flexible). Using MSM now, any good info out there? I'm 25
