Seems my body is either getting old, years of lifting is catching up or both. I've had some joint pain like my knees which where naturally bad and shoulder pains which came from lifting (shoulder presses and inclines). However I seems to get bad inflammation now a-days, mainly in my hip area but my whole body sometimes gets it really bad. Hell i've got some arthritis like activity in my hand n I'm stiffer all around (but most men aren't flexible). Using MSM now, any good info out there? I'm 25

Avoid too much cow milk

Reduce red meat

Eat more chicken

Eat sardines olive oil and baguettes for breakfast

drink a gallon a day. diet is bad but im working on it, meat seems to fukk my stomach up but eating only fruits n veggies makes me hungry... I'll sub meat with beans and potatoes or maybe rice for carbs. Sleep is odd, i think i sleep too much or sporadically as I do have insomnia and am a night owl.

Might not be enough healthy dietary fat in your mix.

Try incorporating turmeric in your diet, it's good for inflammation. They have pills and tea. I add ground turmeric to my coffee before I brew it. I also have turmeric root that I use when I juice (just like with ginger) or I'll peel a piece and brew in some hot water.
