He's not turning heel, everyone's sick of talking about, I know but I had to throw this out there....
WWE should officially TWEEN Cena.
Cena hate is strongest in the Northeast.
Cena love is strongest in the South/Midwest.
Cena should become The Bret Hart 97 between the Northeast and South/Midwest.
- Loved in the Heartland, Hated in Gotham
Works on all levels.
Cena could be Cena and getting booed in the Northeast while trashing the region, saying they 'lost their heart and mind' and he's only gonna do it for his real fans down South and in the middle of the country, all while pointing out all the holes in a typical IWC member logic. Why does the IWC love (insert whatever legend) and hate Cena when he did the same as them but better, that kind of argument. Could get on NY fans for teaching the kids to praise the bad guy and their kids are doomed.
Cena could be Cena and get even LOUDER cheers, pandering to the South and Midwest crowds, letting them the know the heart of the WWE universe is in these areas and he's proud to still have their support. Vowing to win in their honor and the chillren.
You could do so much with this.
- Cena's new hometown during his entrance could be, IDK, Topeka, KS.
- Cena could refuse to wrestle at RAWs in Philly, NY, Boston etc
- You have a WHOLE new line of merch possibilities with Cena shirts being Pro-Heartland, Pro-South.
All it takes is Cena being Cena in the South/Midwest, and Cena being Cena with a little more edge up north where he was going to get booed anyway.
Now go ahead and shyt on this idea.
