Every offseason, Every team college & pro this dude always talked about as the Perfect hire. Do people not realize he was fired from Tampa Bay for a reason?

Dude clearly knows he is overrated which is why he has turned down all the opportunities that have been put in front of him.

There are Hundreds of coaches at the College and NFL level. You never know who is great until they get a shot.

And John Gruden isnt a great football coach, good maybe

He took a last place Raiders team to the AFC Championship, then took the Bucs to the SB and won.

He has a (more than) decent coaching pedigree, so why wouldn't a team want him? Not like dude lost more than he won. Two of those bad years in TB could be attributed to the draft picks they lost trying to get him.

I wouldn't treat him as a savior for these teams like the media does, but I think he's a capable coach.
