I'm about to have 3 relatively large pieces of fried salmon with Spanish rice and broccoli for dinner and I'm freaking out about the caloric intake. I probably shouldn't be since all i had today so far is oatmeal w/ raisins and almonds, and a protein shake(almond butter, greek yogurt, carnation vitamin powder, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries). I'm also doing cardio afterwards along with my core workout, and I did my shoulders, traps and legs earlier, so hopefully all of that will help me burn off the fried fat while still getting mad protein.
How the hell do you find time to enjoy meals like fruity pebbles? I have to always make sure I'm not taking in any unnecessary, wasted calories. I can't wait to lose my goal of 15 pounds so I can enjoy cheat meals once a week.
You should have started to cut weight earlier breh

I was just trollin' though I can't remember the last time I had cereal for breakfast. I'm more of an eggs/bacon/toast/oatmeal guy or a ton of pancakes if I'm doing legs that day.
