I wouldn’t trust Rogan either. Thr more he talks the more it cements the fact that Kamala was walking into an ambush.

Yep. It was absolutely an ambush and kamala knew it.
These podcasts that Trump did, were podcasts that favored Trump. Trump knew that. I'm tired of everyone being too fukking stupid to realize that. Joe Rogan wasn't some Neutral podcast. Neither was Flagrant, Theo, or Lex Fridman. They all lean Trump and thats why he goes. Joe was going to try and get her to look bad.
You can make that exact case with a lot of those podcasts and why each candidate chose to go to the ones that they did.
None of those podcasters are actually journalist and know how to keep their bias out of it do an actual interview.

I don't think it would have been a "friendly" interview but also don't think Rogan was gonna grill her as bad as people think. And even if he was so what? Lots of politicians knowingly appear on hostile media because they have confidence in their message and are ready to defend it to the naysayers. Pete Buttigieg, Gavin Newsom, Bernie Sanders, all known for going on Fox. Battling and usually winning. Hell, even Tim Waltz seems like he's not scared of a confrontational back and forth. Kamala always seems like she lacks confidence in what she's saying. Like she's just rehearsing a script. It's not a good look for someone running for president to always appear to be so nervous and anxious about confrontation.

I wouldn't be surprised if in some way, Rogan had no real intention of doing the pod with kamala, and found a way to make it seem like he wanted to...but not really. Probably looked for any reason to make it look like she didn't want to do it.
