Job Still Paying By Check Unappreciation

Why aren't these companies upgrading to direct deposit?
If the bank is close, you're screwed. You put it in the ATM deposit they hold it for like 5 business days.

It's even worse when your boss doesn't bring you the check in time to make it to the bank

This shyt just ruined my day. Does anyone go through the check struggle?

It's not a small company, I just think the owner is cheap and doesn't want to pay the fees for direct deposit.
