You never heard of them refer to that indirectly.

"XYZ player is better because he is 19" while "XYZ player is only better because he is 22"

"I'm going to take number age 19 because he has more potential"

Only for them to wait 3 years for him to be as good as player 22 while player 22 is ready.

These the same scouts saying they gonna take Kidd Gilchrist, Brad Beal, Dion Waiters over him because they are younger.

These the same scouts saying all Kidd Gilchrist needs to develop is a jumpshot and he will be set.

It's been 3 years now and he still don't have one while Damian is ripping shots from 30 feet out.
