Plus once you hit 30, the goal should be to get rid of the excess weight, and get lean, flexible with cardio...
Believe me, you don't want to be an old man with all that weight to carry...

Very possible I was 155-160 in 10th grade and squat 275, coach said don't go any higher. I was dunking back then at 5'8.
