While I agree, Jim is a dude who has suffered from huge bouts of depression, I think this is just a mental strategy he used to lift him self out of that pit of despair. Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, thats my movie

I know these guys suffer too..
But i really dont want to hear about Rich peoples depression. I dont have a lot of sympathy for it, when at any point in time, u can just "take a year off" to get ure stuff together, pay for the best around the clock help u would want, ect
I dont wish harm on the guy...i just dont feel like hearing it
