LAS VEGAS -- The heavyweight division is picking up steam.

Moments after Deontay Wilder lifted the title from Bermane Stivene, we have news of another big heavyweight fight for the spring.

Bryant Jennings broke the news to BoxingScene.com that he will be fighting Wladimir Klitschko for the heavyweight championship.

"It's happening. It's done. April 25, Madison Square Garden, New York City," Jennings said.

The fight was reported to be done earlier this month, but that was before Jennings (19-0, 10 KOs) officially joined Roc Nation Sports' stable following a deal with Gary Shaw.

The deal reportedly hit a snag after that, but it appears those issues have been resolved. MSG is a departure from the previous reported location of Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Klitschko has two fights left on his three-fight deal with HBO, and this will surely be televised on the network.

Jennings doesn't seem to have the natural boxing skills to overcome the main thing Wlad has and that's his physical gifts and of course won't match Wlad in size either sooo... i hope Jennings gets paid well :mjcry:

He's not a boxer. They found this dude working out in the gym and asked him if he would like to fight.

I just wished Jennings got a few more scalps before he went at the Steel Hammer. I think a Tarver or Arreola fight (dudes with some real power) would have served him well.

He'll catch a two piece from Wlad and prolly wouldn't know how to react. He's a real solid fighter though. Good skills for someone that started late. Perez fight showed he lacked experience when up against guys with more talent though.

Hopefully Wlad can get to 21 title defenses in a row. Would put him number 2 on the list of most consecutive title defenses in a row (right behind Louis). Once he gets there, he should retire so the young guys can shine.

Oh, and GAWDAMIR KLITSCHKO will body this Tim Hardaway Jr looking ass nikka:jawalrus:
