everything after has been mediocre or has had little to no replay value.

BP2 and 2.1 were straight trash

Black Album is the most overrated album since Reasonable Doubt...and wasn't even the most talked about album of 2003

Kingdom Come was an album about how " at 37, i've finally grown up and i dont do shyt teens and 20 somethings do "

American Gangster was the " Denzel took the role that was made for me, so i'm going to make an album about how i saw the movie before everyone else did"

BP3 is self explanatory...:childplease:

Watch The Throne was ass, and nothing more than a swag album that wasn't even that good at that.

Nas reached his peak 20 years ago, just cause he won't make music better than that doesn't mean his shyt aint fire still

nobody was even talking about Naåxhs.

most of Jay's albums post blueprint are centered around a trend or some gimmicky shyt he was on at the time

being an 80's baby when he was born in the 60's
I got a buncha rich white friends now, so i'm better than you nikkas
I'm going to retire, so i'm proclaim how i'm best ever so you'll believe it
i grew up, so i'm better than you now
Imma try this swag album thing, and put Kanye on the Album so white folks will love it.

his peak as a rapper? that happened in 96.

in terms of content i'm one of those people who thinks black album was an incredible album.. i still say that was his last great body of work

yes 96-2001 was his best work. There's a drastic fall off after that.
