remember a while back when Jay finally released his supposed "finished/extended" version of Dear Moleskine without not even one single cotdang additional bar on it??!! after like 2 years of delaying?!?


fortunately Kendrick kicked on a freestyle over the track. just so happens that his first line rhymes with Jay's last, -- figured they'd fit seamlessly. finally got myself around to editing the 2 tracks together.

I always loved the beat of this track... Still do, but was somewhat dissapointed after I found out Just Blaze just straight looped the beat from that Free Angela track by Bayete. It's a 2 minute loop. He just took 3:08 to 5:15 and sped it up a little bit.

Ah well, the loop IS perfect. Can't really blame him... But can't really give Just credit for producing the track either.

The track stays classic:

great minds think alike!! but that mix dont really flow together, the song just stops & the other starts over. Kendrick continuing Jay's rhyme sounds dope as fukk side by side. Kendrick's even coughing up smoke while Jay mentions sparkin a L!
