When I saved Tuchanka - the Krogan homeworld - from the bomb the Turians planted, Javik commended the Turians for not telling the Krogan about the bomb and said they should've detonated the bomb anyway and destroyed the planet just to send a message.

BioWare clearly missed out on an opportunity by not giving him a bigger role or a spin-off game or something. Easily the most well written character and most interesting in the entire trilogy.
