I thought JaMarcus was already working out, there was a thread like a month ago talking about his comeback, he is clearly in the 250-300 pound range in this video that was done February 8th. He still has a good release so the arm is still there it's just everything else. Jeff Garcia has alot of work on his hands.

He needs to drop his weight and get his conditioning up. I still can't believe he was picked 1st overall.
