I’m a former OU player just like Jalen. What the fukk you talking about?

I’ve been talking about this with Jaylin before ever hearing of Zach Wilson. Yall dumb as fukk in here.

Keep that “you can’t talk about somebody else if you speak on someone else” shyt with basketball discussions.

Nobody has time for dumbass Stan wars in football

the dumbass excuses i've seen you make for zach wilson in the past 2 years is mainly the reason why i can't take this thread serious :mjlol:. our backs have been iffy in pass protection this year so he has been skittish here or there in the pocket, but it's not even that huge of a problem to the point that you had to make a thread about it.

What is that supposed to mean to me? I’m a former OU player just like Jalen. I want to see him win.

But in order to take the leap, he needs to get rid of that hadbit
I don't think he's ever gonna fully shed it, that's just the gift and curse of being a dynamic runner and the instincts that come along with it.

The second play Baldy highlighted is a testament to his maturation though, he would've never hung in that long in his 1st or 2nd season.

Doesn't look even close to the MVP candidate we saw last year
The Eagles team as a whole doesn't look dominant like last year
Idk. You gotta remember they played some bad QBs last year.

I'd say they missing CJGJ on defense, but otherwise its just as good if not potentially better with Carter and Nolan Smith.

Offensively Swift seems like an upgrade over Sanders. Devonta Smith seems better this year as well.

Its just on Jalen and the OC to be at a higher level than they are.

If anything Jalen looks slower and his accuracy hasnt been the same.

He improved last season...can't take that away from him

But his issue is always bailing from the pocket too early...not enough pocket presence and of course the weak arm

Last year, he compensated for the weak arm with impeccable timing & rhythm of his release...this season, it seems like it's taking longer for plays to develop

If Hurts is gonna win my team a SB, he has to blend being decisive with being patient...he has to take what defenses give him...he has to step up in the pocket...he has to limit turnovers

Reed Blankenship was the perfect replacement for the injury-prone CJGJ (who is out for the season)
