I've been on my green smoothies for a minute, but always had them as part of my regular eating with Intermittent Fasting. I've been reading up on folks doing a complete raw diet, and while I am intrigued by the results and benefits, I don't know if I could completely cut out stuff that I like to eat.
I had a hard time sleeping last night, so my mind wound up wandering. And then I had a thought go through my mind that at first had me like and then ... Hear ya man out on this: When I drink my green smoothies, I always notice that I'm satisfied for a good while. No desire to eat or add anything else. So I could, perhaps, do raw during the week... But the weekend is where I run into a problem. I like to hang out with my wife and kids, and I'm not gonna deny them eating stuff cause of me. So then I figured, on top of the raw food (smoothies, fruit) during the week, I could eat "regular" during the weekend, but do it Intermittent Fasting style. My windows during the weekends go from about 18-22 hours anyway.
What ya'll think? I'm tryna get right for this cruise in September.
