You'll probably never find someone who would do that just for cosmetic reasons, as opposed to doing it for people who are born crippled or asymmetrical. Even if you did, though, it's extremely expensive and takes forever (it's painless, though, they stretch your bones over a year long period or so using those braces, so you don't feel it, really,) and so is completely unrealistic since you're in bed almost the whole time and can't work.
