or at least for the next few months


and see what happens when I walk 2-3 hours instead

My late grandfather (may god rest his soul) lived to his 80s..by walking 2 hours daily..eating tea and boiled eggs in the morning..some form of rice and chicken in the midday, and a well prepared salad (with either, beef, goat, or chicken ) in the evening..

Last time i seen him 2007, the man was still walking 2 hours with me and was slim as hell, and looked great for his age, to the point where i almost saw him as invincible

so while you low self esteem @MMSex level goofs put yourself at injury risk to impress fickle hoes, ima take my jeff green framed ass outside and live long (God Willing) :blessed:

I quit the gym for a year and gain 20 lbs :no: of course i was eating like i was still working out :heh:

i actually enjoy going to the gym

it has always been like that for me

if you dont enjoy it then i understand why you would use that lame ass excuse as the reason why you stop going to the gym

im scared of developing the body dysmorphia order that you have :laff:

It levels off after awhile. I had a serve cause of that last year. Now I could give a f*ck. I could care less about a six pack, impressing hoes, or lifting "heavy".

Playing sports helps keep a balance, because being "big" and "lifting heavy" can serve as a hindrance rather than an enabler...
