My late grandfather (may god rest his soul) lived to his 80s..by walking 2 hours daily..eating tea and boiled eggs in the morning..some form of rice and chicken in the midday, and a well prepared salad (with either, beef, goat, or chicken ) in the evening..
Last time i seen him 2007, the man was still walking 2 hours with me and was slim as hell, and looked great for his age, to the point where i almost saw him as invincible
so while you low self esteem @MMSex level goofs put yourself at injury risk to impress fickle hoes, ima take my jeff green framed ass outside and live long (God Willing)
