I kind of think the majority of black people are c00ns and the small few who aren't are just a vocal minority.
Nothing wrong with that tho because they are sheep who need to be led by the few "woke" black people for their own good. The small council decides how and what the masses should do , like how 1 or 2 wolves can lead a pack of sheep
