i've always been excited for a Justice League movie before Avengers, why is that?

i personally think DC comics is trash outside of Batman, but still just the thought of seeing Batman Superman, Flash, Wonderwoman, Green Lantern on screen together
has always gotten me more excited than anticipating the Avengers and i question myself why?

thats simply because superman and batman working together is a more interesting collaboration the most of the avengers, by property name alone those two are more popular than anyone on the avengers.

I think its because the Avengers are all 2nd stringers. Not in terms of power or ability but notoriety. Spidey and Wolvy are only ancillary members and they are Marvels top icons, well two of em anyway. That being said Marvel is really doin a great job of rectifying that with the movie universe they building. DC gettin lapped but they still runnin tho

Warner Bros. does not have their shyt well enough together for a Justice League movie. They're rebooting Batman..shyt does this mean they're rebooting that POS Green Lantern too? What about Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter? Flash?

Superman = at his gulliest he punches villains through mountains

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman. That initial lineup alone is more relevant in pop culture than the Avengers lineup.

Sure the CURRENT Avengers lineup (which includes just about everyone worth talking about in Marvel thus diluting the existence of the team in general) is badass but most people don't know who Hawkeye and Black Widow are, nor do they know Ant-Man or the other Avengers.

People might not even know Aquaman like that but it's a running gag that he's the "most useless" superhero ever even though he's not. Most people wouldn't even know where to begin with half of the Avengers.

I 100% agree!!!! Because of the various popular Super Friends cartoons that people grew up watching in 70's & 80's and the fact that Batman, Superman, & Wonder Woman are much more popular & well-known than any of the members of the Avengers is why the Justice League is more popular & well-known in pop culture.

DC presents their heroes more as gods than does Marvel. Batman, Superman, and Wonder Women are more mythical than real people. Marvel goes for the more realistic approach of "this could be you."
