It's a great show, kinda mad now that I ignored it for all of this time. I just watched all of the seasons in a little over a week and a half (pretty much all I've done these past couple of weeks outside of working). I only got a couple of episodes left to go.
My off-the-top thoughts:
- This dude Paulie was a true fukking scumbag. He needed to be merked. Him running and telling on Ralphie for that "90 pound mole on her ass" joke contrasted with him a few seasons later telling Chris that his BABY daughter was going to end up a stripper is sickening.
- Chrissy was that dude. Tony didn't need to kill the man, but Tony was emotional and shyt anyway.
- These motherfukkers were CONSTANTLY dissing Black people, and usually for no fukking reason. SMH @ a bunch of scummy guineas involved in a criminal organization stereotyping another race of people. And any time there was a crime committed and they needed to "get out" of it, they blame it on Blacks. But that's probably just a way to fit in with the rest of white Americans.
- A.J. Soprano was a super fakkit but was somehow able to pull at least two grade A bytches (Devin Pillsbury, that Dominican chick)
- Watching Meadow grow from a teenage girl to a chubby chick to what she became...
- Ralphie was the character of all characters, that dude was pure comedy. The look on his face through the window when Silvio was smacking up the stripper that he got pregnant was the greatest laugh I got on the show.
Post is way too damn long, but it's my first time seeing the show and I was thoroughly impressed. I still have The Wire as the GOAT show to me, but I moved The Sopranos ahead of Oz and Mad Men on my list and got it neck-and-neck with Breaking Bad contingent on BB's last season, so my personal list goes:
1 - The Wire
2 - The Shield
3 - Breaking Bad/The Sopranos
4 - Oz
5 - Mad Men
Edit: And even as a boss, and a clear trick, @ Tony getting some (most) of the p*ssy he got, especially with the zero effort he put into it.
