Well first of all wrestling isn’t considered to be as important as baseball or any of the other professional team sports so it’s starts there. But on top of that, there are a lot more people and moving parts involved with an mlb outbreak vs the wwe one.
Let’s say the marlins transferred it to the team they played and then the team they played goes on to another city and spreads it to the next team they play and same thing with the next team the marlins play and so on. So things could get really out of control if they don’t contain it. Where as the wwe people aren’t going to other cities to wrestle against other people, they’re all pretty much self contained. Yeah there’s family members they come in contact with but with baseball they have that aspect PLUS the chance of spreading it to other teams in other cities
Do all the WWE wrestlers live in Orlando?
Because if not, then there's a good bit of their wrestlers traveling a few times a month, thus coming in contact with other people.
The gist of the "outrage" when an outbreak happens is that every case matters, not "oh, well this isn't affecting as many people as they are over there so it's no big deal".
This is the security the WWE (and AEW) has. No one cares enough about them so they can get away with it.
