i initially thought the loop was mehh but when you filtered around 2:13 i actually thought it sounded better & started fukkin with it after that. weird. drums are straight to me but i wish the snare was a little bit sharper (q-tip stanley lol).

love the tempo and overall mood of this though. sounds like something you kick a story on, maybe about a shorty back in the days or something like that. or it even sounds like a track bahamadia would have fukked with as her cool out party joint on an album. nice.

Heard this sample a million times but this is a really nice flip.

I would always find it hard to flip a sample I've heard so many times already cos it'd fukk with my creativity but you chopped this one up nice.

Cosign breh on the snare, a crisp snare on this would complete the sound imo.
