After a while,....
If you have no cultural connection to hiphop past bone and Gucci mayne, like migos.
You are going to run into issues as a draw in actual rap and in the actual real remnant based culture of hiphop and the pillar of emcee'n. I truly believe rap fans look at gangsta rappers as outsider who they live vicariously through. That get to get by, by being there.
eventually get to cause some social dynamic of lenience in hiphop culture. Yet that will never happen much anymore because since everything is ruthless records at the end of the day. The said gangsta rappers or culturallly taboo genre rappers to culture based hiphop. Soon realize they will not change or grow because of ego. Then fans fall out of favor with them because of lack of culture responsibility. As I really believe gangsta rap pop fans like gangsta rap.
All because they want to learn how to be accepted culturally in the pillars of the culture of hiphop after the fact.
When that does not occur,...the fans completely leave.
Till said act gains a cultural edge after blowing up and enduring/succumbing to the decline of draw for pop sector artists. Those old fans won't ever return in some semblance after an exodus.
Till, said pop gangsta rap act gets accepted culturally in actual hiphop culture and social stratums that are cultural. Those gangsta rap acts won't draw anymore wildly. As the fan base does not feel said group publically showed them a rubrick in how to get accepted culturally.
after demeaning the culture in basic scope and premise.
