the 31st of this month marks 20 years since selena's death

i know this thread is a few weeks early but i was listenin' to selena so i just thought i'd get things started early. i can still remember hearin' the news, i couldn't believe my ears

selena was just bout to really dominate the industry with her music as well as fashion. i can't believe it's been 20 years. i was reminded of this last week when i was in wal-mart and came across one of her cds i'd been lookin' for and then the very next day i heard "i could fall in love" on the radio

she maybe gone but she's definitely not forgotten. may she forever rest in peace

let's start this thread off right with her biography

Good music is good music.
Plus Selena has a lot of tracks that you could hear on any average R&B station.




Black women especially love that genre.
