Right now I'm just eating everything in sight, enjoying that shyt before I start narrowing it down to about 20 foods.
I'm right around 230lbs, and I hope I hit 190 at 8% bodyfat.
As for diets, intermittent fasting with carb cycling and measuring my food down to the fukking gram with a scale.
Not a single calorie will go unaccounted for.
