Unfortunately the democratic front runner can’t capitalize on this cause he can’t formulate a sentence and no ones talking about the elections anymore.
before this corona bullsh1t I felt somewhat optimistic about the Dems chances this November cause all that was on the news were the primary results and who’s endorsing who, who’s got the most delegates etc. minimal mention of trump. Which was very good. Then this corona hits. State primaries getting postponed.
Unless this virus goes away in the next 3 months, the Dems might lose this sh1t in a landslide.
Win by a landslide? I don't see how the coming 20%+ unemployment, all stock market gains since inauguration being wiped out, and 24% GDP contraction converts more "swing voters" to Trump's side.
The only thing Trump had going for himself to win over swing voters was the stock market and economy, but that's being cratered by a crash bigger than '08. I just don't see how he is winning over voters
besides the especially cultish voters who would vote for him no matter what anyway. This massive crash, even if it's not entirely Trump's fault, isn't gonna win him
new voters to win in a landslide.
Again, I know his die hards will vote for him in 2020 despite the crash but those die hards were already in his base, I'm saying I don't see how this shyt
grows his base.
Will millions of voters who didn't vote Trump in 2016 look at a completely cratered Trump economy and say "you know what, I think I might give this guy a shot in 2020?"
