its 2013... how often do you call your service provider

Just got a job at a cell phone provider, I thought it will be easy, like who the fukk calls their providers in this day and age, but I'm shocked as hell.

These fukkers call about every small thing. Fighting over 10 fukking cents, lying through their teeth how someone told them they would get a great deal. Then when they don't get what they want, they act like spoiled brats. "Oh I fukking hate your company, I should have never signed a contract". Some don't even look at their bills.

I never call my provider, these people man. I'm already ready to quit. But I need money

I CALL WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM. IF I'M PAYING FOR A SERVICE I WILL EXPECT TO GET THAT SERVICE. THAT BEING SAID I'VE CALLED TMOBILE MAYBE ABOUT 10 TIMES OVER 6 YEARS. USUALLY A SILLY BILLING MISTAKE OR PHONE REPLACEMENT. I CALL WHEN I DO MY UPGRADES TOO. I LIKE TO TALK TO HUMANS WHEN I'M DOING BUSINESS SO I DON'T LIKE THE AUTOMATED MACHINES.

Worst job I ever had was working the phones for Sprint. People called for all kinds of stupid shyt. And don't get belligerent on the phone, then I'd definitely find a way to fukk up your account.

You call when you actually have a legit concern. I get nikkas calling talking about how come thier bills are when they haven't looked at it in months. Or those dumb asses who can't go on Google to figure out what their phones are capable of. Talking about oh I wasn't told this by your rep, so it must be your fault.

I swear never knew so many dumb people exists in our society.
