Like if your girl gets pregnant, if you have her eat powdered metal throughout her pregnancy, and the baby uses it to construct his body and he's born as a metal baby. You can add in a few diamonds for tougher bones or teeth, but that'd be expensive.

It'd be tight though. You can throw some smaller sized speakers down there and the baby could play music from his shoulders n shyt.
