IT to Nuggets?

Not sure if this is out there or not....but I am out here at Summer League and got a chance to talk to some people in the Nuggets org....and they are trying to sign IT. Not saying this is definite, but know that it is being worked on.

If this happens, Nuggets will be a problem.

Depending on how they use him (if they sign him) could be a good fit. Probably wouldnt be able to play him & Jokic at the same time tho....

I didnt say they were going to beat GSW

but lets say we have the same situation as last year. TWolves not making the playoffs. Denver wouldve made it anyway had Millsap not been hurt.

if healthy, this is a much improved team....there were expectations last year. this is a 4 or 5 seed, better than OKC.

a possibly improved Murray and Harris, focused Jokic and Barton. a healthy Millsap and hopefully a healthy MPjr. I also like Lyles to improve. everyone always pushing that defense liability narrative. for his shortcomings, he does provide serious asset in terms of scoring and playmaking. coach just has to figure out how to work with him. dont act like a guy who scored 28ppg a year ago isnt valuable.

you nikkas need to stop posting stuff like this. a liability means you are giving up more than you can put out. Carmelo on OKC is a defensive liability because he isnt putting up 23ppg anymore. liability means you dont have enough on one end to offset the other. you act as if Boston was trash when they had him. of course in the playoffs he will have his issues, but we are talking about regular season basically and seeding and establish a winning culture. I dont know what other teams IT is talking to but I think the Nuggets would be a good fit for a one year deal at say $12 mil. I am not saying he is a long term solution
