Yes but not enough. I am leaving my job at the end of the week and so will be able to focus more after that. I am thinking of starting a 2 month detox at the weekend.
Progress is progress. You'll have those days.
There's days when I do very little but still get it in , then there's days when I go above and beyond.
I biked for 4 hours one day and burned 3100 calories. Then I did a light workout the next day. Just some bodyweight exercise and a little cardio.
You don't have to go hard everyday. But at least make progress. When all else fails just make sure you're eating right. If your workouts are good your body can use the recovery if you fail to workout.
Right now I'm not on any program just making sure I stay active. Between running and riding I'm making it.
