YES!!! what that post said.... i get so tired of the stupid notion that cacs can be educated out of racism... slave owners weren't ignorant of their slaves, they knew their slaves... how else could a slave owner determine which slaves were safe to have in the house and which he needed to keep in the field... him knowing his slaves didn't motive him to free them, he still saw each and every one of them as slaves.... just like today, a cac can know a black person but still easily see them as inferior no matter what... there's no educating a cac out of racism...

Had this discussion over the years with neighbors of relatives, and white people I've encountered at social events.
We don't work with each other, so no reason to hold tongues or play politics. This is in the Northeast.

Lot of them say the flipside of what's been a running theme in other sections here for 3 years. Unlike Black immigrants, who make up a fraction of the overall Black population.....whites who arrived here post Civil War make up a much larger % of the overall white population.
"Ethnic whites" and their descendants see no connection between their story in America, and the antebellum period.

I don’t call it white supremacy, I call it mass white neurosis. Most of them, because of culture imo, behave in such an insane fashion relative to the rest of the living creatures on this planet. A manifestation of humankind’s worst traits.

Edit: Something that’s interesting is how well white society projects it’s own bullshyt on Black folks. They go around saying “there’s a few good ones” and some go along with that because they thirst for white acceptance. The irony being that it’s really the opposite. There are a tiny few genuinely cool white people. Everyone else is subject to mistrust and scrutiny until proven otherwise.
