I have this associate and intermediate it helpdesk postion that I've been fiening for quite a while at HISD (houston independent school). Anyways I been driving buses for them for 4 years and getting ready to graduate with my associates degree, and I am in need of a good resume and cover letter. Anybody here good with the "fluff" of resumes?

Here is a PDF from mccombs business school on resume building. They gave it to us Freshman year and I've been using it ever since.
