Yes, it's down.

It's a sign in issue. I was playing Far Cry 3 fine, but after turning off my system and turning it back on 5 minutes later, I couldn't sign in.

This is also the exact reason I refuse to get the next Xbox if it's "always on."

yeah exactly what happened to me I was playing 2k13 turned it off and cant sign in now hopefully they get it poppin before I head to the bar in a few hours
