"whole wheat" bread is the way to go...

Some tricks for making sure you got the right thing and not an imposter is to first look for 100% whole wheat...

(whole wheat / barley / oats ) should be one of the first ingredients listed in the product...

Also a dead giveaway is the abundance of fiber. It usually ranges between 3-6s per slice...
