Is UMass going to go down as the worst team ever?

They get blown out every game with barely any yardage and who could they actually beat and how could it get any better for them?

i know its their first year and all but a team 2 hours from Boston in the middle of farm country Massachusetts has no business playing with the big boys.i mean they opened their first home game in Gillette Stadium where the Patriots play 2.5 hours from their campus.

they were a fcs team last year, this is their first year in the fbs, they will prob go winless this year but they will make strides, their stadium is getting upgraded why they play at gillette stadium. they will be a decent mac school like 5-7 wins in a few years

its a growing process. they'll continue to build and recruit talent that can at least compete in the MAC and against other mid-major teams. hell, uconn started off in the MAC when they finally moved to FBS. 2 years ago they played in the orange bowl. everybody gotta start from the bottom.
