Is two hours of cardio a day (spaced out) too much?

It's not too much at all if you want to get really lean but if cardio isn't something you've already been into, you may find it harder than you think to just jump straight to 2 hours of it. What's your height/weight?

I already do 35-45 minutes right now and in my prime I used to do 1-2 hours but I was kinda obsessed with exercising back then. I've fallen off a lot since then. Ummmm, I'm not sharing my weight! I'll share my weight when I lose weight.

You don't need to do that much cardio to lose weight. In fact, your focus should be on strength training and building muscle. What's your diet looking like?

I don't take in any liquid calories. I only eat greens, lean meat, and fruits. I take vitamins and supplements.

Nope.I don't eat anything processed and I cook things the right way, so I just have to watch my portions.

I'd suggest using myfitnesspal and measuring what you eat. You'd be surprised...unless you've lost 30+ lbs before and know exactly what to do, I highly suggest you start. You can eat clean and still eat too much.
