I'm still wondering why that dog was in the hospital. If it was a trained therapy dog it wouldn't have gone after that heart. They don't just let normal animals in. The situation is ridiculous. Such a poorly planned out scene. The dog's entire purpose was just to eat that heart and leave and nobody thought to make it believable. Do they really even put hearts in cheap styrofoam boxes on ice?
