I just realised I can do 350 push ups in the span of 15 minutes 70 reps per set at 5 sets.:takedat:

I can do 10-20 push-ups in a row, I thought that was pretty impressive

I fukkin hate push ups but I need to incorporate them into my workout routine if I wanna keep dancin on my head

I do something like this every morning. I do over 500 pushups in 6 sets.

1. 85 pushups
Foamroll Back
2. 85 pushups
Foamroll thighs/shins/knees
3. 85 pushups
Foamroll Hamstrings/hips/calves
4. 85 pushups
30 parallel Leg raises, 30 knee raises (Ab work)
12-15 pullups
5. 85 pushups
4 sets of weighted oblique crunches (140reps)
20 neutral pullups
6. 85 pushups
Ab Coaster work

This takes me like 30mins. A good ass warmup.
