I think breh is natural, I have somewhat similar proportions to him but he just has elite genetics.

But some of these pics I’m like damn this dude has to be on some kind of anabolic, but then again I feel like he could be 100% natural

What are the chances he’s on the juice? Taking his fullness and using it as the blueprint to my goal physique atm. Wondering if I’m trying to climb too big of a mountain

I don't belive a single person on Instagram or YouTube is natural.
Least of all someone competing.

Even the popular "Calisthenics" brehs are both juicing and using weights.

Also remember that juicing doesn't eqaute to a GREAT physique. Gear can take a breh from decent to very good in a much shorter time frame, meaning 12 months can turn into 4.

Also using poses that are chosen and edited for lighting etc is very hard to gauge, especially when he's doing pro poses.

That being said, we'd need to know his age, his progression pics over the years and his weight in various stages.

Does he still ripped when bigger vs smaller etc

Comparing your physique to anyone else's is kinda pointless. Even if dude is natty (he's not), there's no guarantee your physique will appear anywhere close to his: different frame size, muscle insertions/tendon lengths and belly sizes, bodyfat distribution, etc. That assumes your diet, recovery, supplement, and training protocols are all on par with his (they aren't).

This thread is also low-key mango. :dame:

Nah I think I’m the position to attain such a phisque

Ive been training for 7 years this was a pic of me back in 2019 when I first cut

Dude is like 24 6’1 220 ish

The pics I chose were like in and out of contest prep dude seems to have the same fullness and cuts year round which makes me suspicious. I’m tryna get like that but I don’t have the genetics for it, I’m just aiming for a similar look while cut and pumped

I’m not saying you can’t. But that’s a ways off. Just being honest in that we both know you diet down a bit first.

he working did muscles groups in different types of ways so I see when you mean “fullness”.

He physique doesn't scream unnatural to me but I think you are setting yourself up for failure trying to replicate it. You should just focus on building the best physique you can and then make improves where you can.
