Are these scriptures considered the words/commands of “Allah” VERBATIM or is it regarded by Muslims as Muhammad’s personal teachings to his followers at the time in history?
Just curious and trying to learn.
I’m not placing judgement, but simply observing quoted scriptures. Those aren’t my words/beliefs. I’m no Muslim scholar so maybe I can’t understand the context.
And before anyone plays the “whataboutisms” game and brings up Old Testament Bible scriptures, plenty of atheists and non Jews have issues with what’s written in that too.
I’m not here to defend any religion vs another.
Make a thread about the Torah if you like to discuss that book.
But this thread is about what’s written in the Quran...... respectfully.
