100% pure apple juice, grape juice, or orange juice.

If they get sugary anything...it's pure cane sugar.
They should be eating fruit not drinking it, all the nutrients is skin and fleshy parts.

I have a cold press juicer. You gotta cut the fruit juice with water.

You should be mixing vegetable juice with fruit. Carrot, spinach, beet, celery, etc.

Thanks. Gonna do this from now on.
It's worth it.

I usually do. 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 ratio.

3 veggies 1 fruit or 2 veggies one fruit.

Always spinach. Then usually carrot. Occasionally celery. I never mix beet and spinach together. No nutritional reason, ones red and ones green. So if I want a red drink I go with the beet, if I want green I go with the spinach.

Typically through a green apple in, or sometimes a red, sometimes some antioxidant berries, your typical red, black, blue.

A fruit drink or smoothie imo leads to a crash, because it's just sugar. The veggies give you sustainable energy and good vitamins and minerals. Good for the blood.
