yeah lotta variables. In general for most* people its hard to be shredded AND still keep volume/not look flat, and then to do it year round.

And then also alot of these YouTubers are shorter guys/not that big (lotta dudes who are like 5'7 155 shredded lol, but look big cause you see them on your screen).
